Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at tavrixa. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and protective stickers still attached.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Any free gifts or promotional items received with the purchase must also be returned.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products once opened)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items or items marked as “Final Sale”

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to info@tavrixa. or call us at +13946433401. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send back your item. Please do not send your item back without first requesting a return.
  3. Packaging: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, along with all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
